The cottage
The cottage has 2 bed rooms, 1 living room with open kitchen and 1 badroom including toilet.
WiFi is available in and around the cottage. The WiFi can be used free of charge.
The cottage is not wheelchair accessible.
We aim for an allergy friendly cottage. Therefore pets are not allowed.
Smoking is allowed outside the cottage on the terras.
Smoking inside the cottage is not allowed. The cottage is equipped with smoke detectors.
No, there is no additional charges for heating and electricity. The heating and electricity are included in the price.
Bed linnen and towels will be provided. This service is included in the price. Towels are strictly for indoor use.
There are no beach towels available and not allowed to take towels along to the beach or lake.
Yes and the travel cot is free of charge.
Yes and the feeding chair is free of charge.
Booking
Immediately after booking you will receive an email to be able to pay the 25% down payment. After receipt of this payment, the reservation is final
Yes the deposit for the cottage is 150 EUR and needs to be paid upon booking. The deposit will be paid back within 1 week after the check out.
The rent of the cottage, bed linnen, towels, Wi-Fi and final cleaning are included in the total amount.
The 25% deposit must be paid within 7 days to finalize the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid 10 weeks before the start
Up to 10 weeks / 70 days before the start, € 25 administration costs will be deducted from the deposit
Up to 6 weeks / 56 days in advance, 50% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Up to 2 weeks / 14 days in advance 75% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Less than 2 weeks in advance the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The deposit and tourist taxes will be refunded in all cases of cancellation.
We do recommend that holidaymakers cover themselves against public liability before travelling to the property. This would provide cover against any accidental damage that may occur in, or to, the property. We do not provide any insurance options.
Immediately after receipt of the 25% deposit, the booking is final and you will receive a confirmation from us
Check in / out
The regular check in and out days are Monday and Friday.
If you would like to check in or out on another day, please send us a special request.
In some cases we will personally hand over the keys / In some cases the keys can be found in a key save for which you will receive the code the day of arrival by text message.
Check in is possible from 15.00 on the day of arrival. Please contact us if you’re not able to reach this time.
The check out will be at 10.00 on the day of departure.
At check out the cottage needs to be broom clean, dishes clean and dishwasher empty, garbage delivered at the garbage bins (near parking spot). All bed linen and towels collected in the bathroom.
Parking
During 9.00 – 16.30 you can enter the park for loading- and unloading the car near the cottage. On Sunday’s the gate is closed for driving to the cottage.
There is a (joint) parking spot available on the park. The parking spot is about 2 minutes walking from the cottage.
Parking on the park is free of charge. You will get an access card to access the parking spots for 1 car.
You will receive 1 parking card for access to the park. It is possible to enter the park with a second car for 1€ for each entrance at the park barrier.
Yes, there are several charging points at the reception of the park to charge electric cars
